LusciousDesire reserves the right to refuse or revoke any e-mail submission which has been deemed to have been submitted fraudulently.

E-mail address lists are managed by LusciousDesire and never sold to third parties.

LusciousDesire allows users to subscribe to multiple affiliates. To comply with the Can-Spam Act of 2003, when a user exercises the option to Unsubscribe, they are removed from every LusciousDesire list they are subscribed to. Subscribers are given the option to opt-in and out of affiliate mailing lists independantly and securely. This feature also allows unsubscribed users to change their mind and re-opt-in.

LusciousDesire reserves the right to add or modify these terms in the future. The date of these changes will be tracked and affiliates who breach terms added after their sign-up will be given one warning to read over and agree to new terms.

LusciousDesire provides absolutely no warranty. We claim no responsibility for lost revenue, and do not provide any compensation for any errors on our behalf including but not limited to, bugs, erroneous reporting, downtime, or mail failure of any kind.

LusciousDesire seeks out the most stable and reputable affiliate programs. We expect 99.9% uptime and affiliate programs to pay on time. If affiliate programs become unstable, all we can do is cease further promotion. We do not compensate our affiliates for matters beyond our control.

Valid Methods for Promotion

You may use our approved captures or your own e-mail adult oriented e-mail captures. You may submit through IFrames in a chain submission. You can link directly to LusciousDesire.com with banners or text links.

Invalid Methods for Promotion

If you obtain lists through any illegal means including but not limited to: e-mail harvesting, e-mail list theft or by misleading subscriber, we will terminate your account and truncate your list without notification.

You may not use marketing material provided by LusciousDesire to promote other e-mail capturing processes. Forms within the LusciousDesire capture shall only be processed by lusciousdesire.com. We are not in the business of sending e-mail addresses to our competitors. If you wish to submit your e-mail captures to more than just LusciousDesire, you will have to use a capture form not provided by LusciousDesire.

If you are unsure about any particular capturing method or process you might want to use, please contact us to ensure you will not get banned.

Other Causes for Termination

Multiple abuse complaints.

Hammer or tampering with submission of e-mail.

Defaming the name of LusciousDesire publicly without giving us a fair opportunity to address your issue.

Disciplinary action includes address list truncating and/or affiliate account termination without notice.
