E-MAIL CONTENT
The first 19 characters of each e-mail body which contains nudity is: SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT:.
Each e-mail deemed to be commercial declares itself as an 'Advertisement' in the "Brown Paper Wrapper".
Each e-mail deemed to be commercial contains the valid mailing address of LusciousDesire.
Each e-mail sent has a functional return address which users can unsubscribe by replying with the subject 'Unsubscribe'.
Each e-mail sent has a functional 'Unsubscribe' link.
All content that is deemed SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT appears beneath the "Brown Paper Wrapper" and is intended to only be viewable by scrolling down.
No e-mail contains bestiality or child pornography. All models are at least 18 years of age as stated by the sponsors 2257 compliance statement.
NO FALSE OR MISLEADING HEADER INFORMATION
We use dedicated mailing servers and whenever possible we ensure SPF records of sending domains point at us.
NO DECEPTIVE SUBJECT LINES

OPT-OUT LINK ON EMAIL REQUIRED
Each e-mail contains a functional unsubscribe link.
Each unsubscribe link immediately removes the subscriber from future mailings.
The subscriber would only receive e-mail after they unsubscribe if the e-mail is already in the queue.
The E-mail queue should not contain more than one days worth of e-mail to be sent.
NO ATTACHMENTS
No campaign e-mail is ever sent out with an attachment.
LusciousDesire never requests the user to install any program.
Double Opt-In Campaigns
Each e-mail address captured is delivered an e-mail requesting further subscription to our service.
Since the nature of our campaigns may be deemed offensive to some recipients, we insist that captures willingly subscribe to our list
so that offensive e-mail is never viewed by offended parties.
No Share Policy
LusciousDesire allows e-mail addressed to be shared to LusciousDesire, but not by LusciousDesire.
E-mail addresses captured belong to LusciousDesire and any affiliate responsible for such capture.
No captured e-mail address is ever sold to third-parties.
Address lists of opt-in and double opt-in may be made available to the affiliate responsible for capturing the addresses upon affiliate account termination.
