LusciousDesire reserves the right to embed content in email. Such content includes but is not limited to, LusciousDesire branding, tracking images, unsubscribe links, headers, footers and up to 50% of the sample galleries.

It is the responsibility of LusciousDesire to maintain mailing lists, subscriptions states, conform to laws set forth to reduce spam, detect fraudulent and abusive submissions, and email your list of double opt-in subscribers daily.

It is your responsibility to bring in new email submissions on a regular basis and ensure mailing list growth. Failure to bring in submissions for a one month period may result in your mailings being halted.
